Return and Refund Policy for Hashtag Florist
1. Sales All sales are final. Once an order is placed and sent for delivery, it cannot be cancelled or returned.
2. Refunds If a customer is unsatisfied with their order, they may contact us via telephone or email to report it. We will evaluate their claim and at our discretion, may refund them their money. However, the delivery fee is non-refundable.
3. Exchanges We do not honor exchanges. Each arrangement is unique and made to order.
4. Cancellations Order cancellations may only happen before the order is sent for delivery. Once an order is sent for delivery, the order is not able to be cancelled.
